The other things you can arrange by phone

Dog walking, poop scoop service and litter box cleaning are all arranged the same way, by calling the ranch rather than through the booking portal.

Walks during a stay

Boarding guests can add an individual walk at $10, or ball time and cuddle time at $10 per fifteen minutes. Those are booked with the stay.

Questions about pet taxi.

Do you pick up and drop off?
Yes. The pet taxi runs door-to-door pickup and drop-off across the South Sound. Call (253) 847-7763 to arrange it alongside a boarding stay or a daycare day.
What time can I drop off and pick up my pet?
Boarding drop-off and pick-up run Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00am or 4:00 to 5:00pm. Pet Ponderosa is closed on Sundays, so plan a Saturday or Monday pick-up if your trip ends on a Sunday.
How much does it cost to board a dog at Pet Ponderosa?
Boarding is $59 per night for the first dog and $56 for each additional dog. The VIP Room is $69 per dog. Cats are $37 for the first and $35 for each additional. Add $5 per night for intact pets and $10 per pet on holidays. One night runs from drop-off until 11:00am the following day.
How much is dog daycare and what are the hours?
Daycare is $36 per day for the first dog and $32 for each additional dog. Half days are $23 and Enrichment Camp is $45 per day. Packages run $165 for 5 days, $310 for 10 days and $570 for 20 days, and must be used within six months. Daycare hours are Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 to 10:00am and 4:00 to 5:00pm.
How do I make a reservation?
Book online through the Pet Ponderosa reservation portal, then upload your pet's vaccination records. Space fills up fast around holidays and through the summer, so book those stays early.
Where is Pet Ponderosa and what areas do you serve?
Pet Ponderosa is at 9211 204th Street East, Graham, WA 98338, and has been boarding pets there since 2003. Families come from Graham, Puyallup, Spanaway, Frederickson, Tacoma, Eatonville and across the South Sound.
